These terms of sale apply to purchases between you as the customer (private individual, company or organisation) and Guribye Design, org.no. 825888942, via the app Rebusløpet. By completing a purchase with us, you accept these terms.

Buyer:
The person or entity that makes a purchase via rebuslopet.no or in the Rebusløpet app.

2. Products and services

We offer digital packages and access to the Rebusløpet app for organising rebus races. The products include:

  • Digital access (Self-service): Immediate access as an organiser in the app for creating and conducting your own races.

3. Ordering and payment

  • In the app (In-App Purchase): Payment is made via your Apple ID or Google account. The respective platforms’ payment terms apply here.

For purchases in the app, the receipt will be sent from Apple or Google. 

4. Delivery

Purchase in the app: Digital access is granted immediately after confirmed payment. The Rebusløpet and templates are automatically created on your user account.

On-site services: Time and delivery are agreed individually via email or phone.

5. Right of withdrawal

For purchases in the app (Apple/Google): Guribye Design cannot refund purchases made via the App Store or Google Play. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a purchase made in the app, you must contact Apple’s or Google’s customer support directly.

6. Duration and validity

Digital packages have a limited validity period (e.g. 30, 90 or 365 days) as specified at the time of purchase. After the period expires, access to edit or start new races will cease unless the access is renewed.

7. Cancellation (On-site services)

For purchases of physical events the following applies:

  • More than 14 days before the date: Full refund
  • 7–14 days before: 50 % refund
  • Less than 7 days before: No refund

8. Complaint

In the event of technical errors with the app or service that prevent completion, contact us at post@rebuslopet.no as soon as possible. We will attempt to fix the error or offer extended access.

9. Privacy and Data Processing

We use the third party RevenueCat to manage digital purchases and subscription status. Upon purchase, an anonymised user ID is shared with them to ensure you have the correct access. See our privacy statement for details.
